Brisbane Scifi and Fantasy is a social group that was created so that people living in the Brisbane area, with an interest in scifi and fantasy topics could get together once or twice a month to discuss the latest movies, books and tv shows on both subjects. Over time this group expanded to include other things like Comics and Animation, as well as other related ideas, until finally a strong core group was established and continues to expand.

The BSFF site has heroically broken free from InterWebish assimilation and in an unprecedented resurrection is becoming shinier by the centon! We're adding more content every week, so very soon there'll be an abundance of everything-you-could-ever-want-to-know-about-BSFF type info stuff on each and every page!! We're very excited.

Who's counting down to Supanova '09??!! WE ARE!!! Brisbane Supanova is April 3-5, at theRNA Showgrounds and this years line up is looking pretty Spectacular including Hayden Panettiere (Heroes), Peter Facinelli (Twilight), Eric Roberts (Heroes, The Dark Knight), Morena Baccarin (Firefly), Richard Hatch (BSG) and Bonnie Piesse (Star Wars II, III).
